CSEEES compiles brochures with information on UNC courses that span disciplines and topics related to East Europe, Russia, and Eurasia. Among a variety of departments represented, students can choose from courses such as “Into the Streets: 1968 and Dissent in Central Europe,” “Trans-Atlantic Security,” and “Intelligence Analysis: Research Methods and Writing.” The Department of Germanic & Slavic Languages and Literatures also offers language courses from fast-paced Russian conversation classes to elementary and intermediate Czech, Polish, and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.
