Poland in the EU: Past and Current Issues with Economic Integration (talk in Polish)

Professor Tomasz Szapiro is the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He received his M.S. in Physics from University of Warsaw and his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Polish Academy of Sciences. He is Professor in the department of Decision Analysis and Support at the Institute of Econometrics at SGH. His research interests focus on operational research, IT and economics of privacy, and economics of education. He is a member of the Economic Award Committee of the President of the Republic of Poland. He received number of awards for organizational and research achievements, and was also awarded twice by students of Canadian Executive MBA Program for excellence in teaching. Tomasz Szapiro has extensive experience in development and implementing international projects on high quality managerial education.
