Cooking Class • Georgian Acharuli Khachapuri

Join us for an exciting cooking class and learn to create delicious meals from scratch! Our students from the South Caucasus will guide you through each step of the cooking process, from selecting the freshest ingredients to mastering essential cooking techniques to prepare Acharuli Khachapuri (Georgian: ხაჭაპური), the famous bread appetizer stuffed with melting cheese.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, this class is perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary skills and learn about the gastronomy of the Caucasus. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, interact with other participants, and taste the food you prepare.
