naimanEric Naiman is Professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures and Bernie Williams Chair in the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of California at Berkeley. He works in the fields of ideological poetics, sexuality and history, history of medicine, Soviet culture, and the gothic novel. Teaching and research interests include Nabokov, Platonov, Dostoevsky and Bakhtin. His most recent publication is Nabokov, Perversely (Cornell UP, 2010).
