THOMAS EARL PORTER: “NIKTO NE ZABYT, NICHTO NE ZABYTO”: THE SOVIET CONTRIBUTION TO INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE AT NUREMBERG

Bio: Dr. Thomas Earl Porter is a Professor of Modern European and Russian History at North Carolina A&T State University where he teaches courses in European and World history as well as classes on specialized topics such as Nationalism, Ethnic Violence, Genocide and Human Rights. He received his MA and PhD from the University of Washington. He has authored several dozen articles and one book on topics ranging from the government and politics of Late Imperial Russian to the Fate of Soviet POWs,The Soviets at Nuremberg and contemporary Russian nationalism. He is currently working on a political biography entitled “Prince Georgii E. L’vov and the Failure of Russian Liberalism” to be published by Rowman & Littlefield.
