Dr. Stanislav Shvabrin is Associate Professor of Russian, Russian Program Director, and the UNC Russian Flagship Program Director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His works include Verses and Versions: Three Centuries of Russian Poetry Selected and Translated by Vladimir Nabokov, On the Border of Snow and Melt, Disintegration of the Atom and Petersburg Winters (Cultural Revolutions: Russia in the Twentieth Century) Between Rhyme and Reason: Vladimir Nabokov, Translation, and Dialogue, and The Monkeys are Coming: Russian drama of the 1920s.
