Global Fest 2024

Building on the success of three annual Africa Fests, UNC’s Global Fest integrates the legacy of Africa Fest and expands to include diverse cultures represented by UNC’s area studies centers. This evolution reflects UNC’s commitment to unity and celebrating Carolina’s global mission. UNC’s Global Fest is committed to promoting the arts, diversity, and inclusivity, which aligns with UNC’s mission and the Town of Carrboro’s goals.
Performers: Mickey Mills and Steel, Spivochi, Laura Gonzqui and Band, Kaira Ba, and more to come.
We will have food and art vendors!
