About the Speaker:
Matthew Walters is a Military Intelligence Officer stationed at Fort Liberty with the 525th Military Intelligence Brigade. He brings a wealth of experience in military intelligence and international cooperation. In 2023, he worked at the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, Estonia, supporting the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC). There, he collaborated with European allies, briefed high-ranking officials, and played a key role in U.S. military operations in the Baltics. His experience spans working with Army regional commanders, NATO force agreements, and strategic military operations in Europe.
